Healthy Gift Ideas For Everyone On Your List 2024

I love gift-giving— but sometimes need a little inspo

Here are some of my favorite products that I have received, or given as gifts— and they’ve been loved all around!!

It’s that time of year, when the holiday items begin popping up all around you. And before you know it, we are half-way through December and rushing through the remaining Christmas shopping.

This year I am trying to stay ahead of the game, while still be intentional about the gifts I am getting for those around me. Mine and my husband’s family have skipped doing gifts the last couple of years (which has been the best) and instead chosen to spend the time, money, and energy to plan trips or events. It has ended up making the holidays far less about consumerism, and more about enjoying each other’s company.

But even then, I still have a handful of friends and extended family that I am shopping for. I love giving gifts- especially when I know it is something they will really benefit from and enjoy! And so often I get inspired by posts just like this one!

My goal for this post is to share gift ideas for everyone on your list- all organized by the receiver. Shopping for your husband or dad? What about your kiddos? I’ve got everyone covered with health-minded gifts.

My Gifting Requirements

In order for something to make it on the list, i wanted it to meet a few requirements:

First, I wanted to find gifts to support holistic wellness. Second, I wanted non-toxic items and preferably items made with more natural ingredients. Thirdly, I wanted items from a wide range of budgets, including DIY! Looking back on gifts I have received, my favorite ones are those thoughtfully hand-made by friends and family.

Pricing Guide- I wanted to make it easy to find items within your budget!

Healthy Gifts for Her

Gift ideas for your best gal pals, sister, co-workers and girl friends!

  • tallow body lotion $

you can make a pre-made version, or you can DIY! I have made tallow lotion for a couple of years now and it would make a great homemade gift for your health-minded friends.

  • sourdough starter and recipe book $

If you have a sourdough starter, you could make a little starter jar gift set. I’ve done this for a friend before by simply adding a little starter into a mason jar, writing out a cute instruction card, and giving them a couple of your favorite recipes!

If you don’t have a sourdough starter already, you can either make your own or purchase a starter culture!

  • tea subscription gift set $- $$$

I love tea and this company makes the greatest gift sets. No matter what your budget is, they have an option for you. They have the mini box for $7 which provides enough loose leaf tea for someone to enjoy 4 cups of tea.

They also have fun pre-made sets, a tea advent calendar, and loose-leaf tea makers. You also have the option to purchase a gift card that allows them to sign up for a 3, 6, or 12 month personalized tea subscription.

  • Five Minute Journal $$

I was gifted this journal about five years ago and have had multiple copies since! I love that it is a quick and easy way to get into the habit of journaling. For each day there is a morning and evening prompt that helps you to start and end your day more mindfully.

  • Massage or Spa Gift Certificate $$$

If this is for a mom, tell her you’ll watch her kids while she gets a massage- I promise she will loove it.

  • Home Spa Basket $- $$$

All natural bath and body products?! Yes please. These are some of my favorite all-natural products:

  • Coffee Table Book $-$$$

I love reading but I feel like books can sometimes be a hard gift to pick. There is something to personal about everyone’s reading preferences. That is why I love coffee table books. They often have great information AND are a great aesthetic piece. Both educational AND decorative. I find them easier to gift and I have received a few that I just love.

    • Travel Coffee Table Book- my family loves traveling! So we were so excited when we received this as a gift a few years ago. It sits on our coffee table and we flip through it frequently! My daughter loves seeing all the unique places and we get so excited to find the places we have already been to. This is a great gift for people that love adventures and exploring!

    • The most BEAUTIFUL coffee table books for Christians - I rededicated my life to Christ at 17 and have been on the most amazing journey of faith since then. These books are swoon-worthy and the greatest conversation piece. I have a couple of friends with them and I am wanting to purchase this version for our own home.

  • Beautiful Coffee Mug $

I love a good coffee mug.. it can make your morning coffee more of an “experience”. These are some of my favorites:

Healthy Gifts for Him

  • Non-toxic body products

Just me or is it so hard finding non-toxic bath and body products for guys?! I finally found this brand that smells great (without artificial fragrances) and actually works.

  • Organic Coffee Basket $-$$$

Have someone in your life that loves coffee?? Throw together a little coffee basket with high-quality organic coffees to try, and maybe an aeropress or pour over kit?! Here are some of my favorite organic coffee brands:

  • Smoking Kit $$

No no, I am not recommending smoking- at least not that kind of smoking. I feel like the majority of men in my life love using the smoker for cooking meats. This kit is perfect for all natural meat smoking.

All natural, no additives or chemicals!

  • Home Workout Equipment $$$

One of the best things we did for our family’s fitness was building our own small home gym. Especially having young kids, it makes working out so much easier and convenient. These are some of the favorite pieces we have added to our collection that we love:

    • adjustable weight set- this set is great because it has a wide enough range for both me and my husband to use. I love that you dont need a huge rack to store all of the different weights, and they are easy to adjust.

    • adjustable bench- with a bench, there are SO many different workouts you can do!

  • Yeti Stainless Steel Coffee Mug $$

We have purchased multiple of these in our home. We love the magnetic slide closer, the larger coffee mug size, and how long it keeps your coffee hot!

Healthy Gifts for Little Ones

We have chosen to keep gifts pretty minimal in our house- prioritizing experiences over things. When we do purchase things, we try to choose books and open-ended toys over electronics! I find that our kids spend much more time engaging in imaginative play for longer this way.

  • wooden pretend food set $

This Melissa and Doug food set is great! My toddler has it and I love that it shows whole foods as opposed to other sets that have tons of processed products. This is a great addition to a play kitchen! My sister in law made one for my daughter that she loooves and she “cooks” for hours!

  • stainless steel bento box and lunch box $$

I love having plastic free food storage for on the go! We love these stainless steel bento boxes for bringing snacks along throughout the day. It will also be perfect once my daughter goes to school.

These freezable lunch boxes are my favorite! You throw the whole thing into the freezer because the ice packs are built in! That means no forgetting to add an ice pack- it actually keeps your food cold all day long. We now have 2 of their different styles and use them multiple times every week.

  • subscription or membership! $- $$$

We love the lovevery toy subscription, zoo memberships, children’s museums, and kiwico kits. They create fun and memorable activities for your child!

  • Non-toxic art set $- $$$

Create a fun, non-toxic art kit for your little one! You could include a couple of canvases or drawing pads for them to create on.

  • Silicone Mold- Free Bath Toys $

These bath toys are great because they open up and you can make sure they are fully dry. This helps to ensure that they are not growing mold on the inside!

  • Pikler Climbing Set $$$

If you live somewhere with cold, snowy winters this is a great options to help encourage climbing and movement indoors! I also love that this set is foldable making it easier to store.

  • Board Games $- $$$

Our family looves board games. Now that my daughter is 2 and a half we have found some cute toddler board games that we can play with her! Here are some of our favorites:

While I looove giving gifts, and have so much fun planning the perfect present for someone, sometimes there are seasons where it is just too stressful. The last couple of years we opted to do a trip with my family rather than giving gifts and it was GREAT. We had the best time creating memories together and enjoying the holidays- not just running around last minute and spending tons of money.

Regardless of all the sales, gift lists, and celebrations, make the decision that allows you to celebrate and support your own holistic wellness.

Happy Holidays!

Kaelyn
