Hi, I’m Kaelyn

wife, mom, board certified emergency room nurse, and integrative health coach who works with women to help them nourish their bodies and balance their hormones holistically.

After years of struggling with my own symptoms (everything from acne and mood swings to irregular cycles) I knew I wanted to support my body and treat the cause, not just cover the symptoms.

But the more I researched, the more contradictory information I came across and the more confused I became. I just didn’t know where to start- even with a nursing degree and years of experience working in health care.

And I learned that it wasn’t just me.

Dealing with symptoms of hormonal imbalances and not knowing where to begin.

Struggling with fatigue, headaches, bloating, etc. and then adopting restrictive eating habits because you’re told “that will help”

In 2022 I enrolled in an integrative health coaching course to work with women as they achieve holistic wellness.

Those who want to stop covering up their symptoms, but to treat them.

Those who want to nourish their bodies with real, whole foods.

Those who want to get back to the basics with their health so that they can live a full and energized life.

  • A health coach is a lot of things. By definition they are an expert on behavior, motivation, and health.

    But in practice, they are an encourager, a cheerleader, an accountability partner, a listening ear, someone to not only help you make goals, but actually achieve them.

  • I have my bachelors degree in Nursing and am a Board Certified Emergency Nurse. This means I have a comprehensive understanding of the human body, physiology, health and disease.

    Additionally, I am a certified integrative health coach with Institute for Integrative Nutrition. This means that I have the education and experience to guide our conversation towards finding your driving motivation, so that we can create a personalized health plan just for you.

    But even more importantly, I have the experience of walking through my own health struggles and coming out on the other side empowered and confident in how to support and nourish my body holistically.

  • While my primary focus is working with women struggling with hormone imbalances, I also work with women hoping to lose weight, improve their diet with nutrient-dense foods, gain more energy, and manage their stress load.
