2024 (Healthy + Holistic) Holiday Gift Guide

I love shopping for holiday gifts— it truly is one of my love languages.

So, when I am able to combine that with my passion for wellness— perfect ✨ This gift guide will share some of my very favorite products from my own home, things I am shopping for loved ones, or things on my own wish list 🙈

I hate to break it to you.. but the holiday season is truly right around the corner...

If you are anything like me, I love finding the perfect gift for my loved ones. It is so fun so be to curate an intentional, thoughtful gift for a family member or loved one. You know how there are certain ways you receive love? Gift-giving is definitely a fun way for me to show love for someone.

(P.S. We have also been on the flip side of that and intentionally chose to not exchange gifts for some years. Both are amazing and fun, and I think it is important to check in with what serves your family best. Just a little sidebar to remember going into the holiday season with intentionality )

But if you are on the hunt for the perfect gift, this post will be a fun one. As a self-proclaimed wellness girlie and fitness fan, surrounded by health-conscious friends, coworkers, and family, I know I want to give gifts that are functional and supportive. I want them to be intentional and something that truly benefits their lives-- not just something that will gather dust or end up in the donation pile.

So this is a list I have intentionally put together-- full of my favorite wellness products to support a healthy lifestyle. Whether it's for a holiday, birthday, or any other special occasions, you'll find the perfect gift for the health-conscious woman in your life.

Best Wellness Gifts for Her

These gifts are the perfect inspo for the health enthusiasts in your life. These are all items I have personally used, purchased for others, or are on my own wish list!

Stainless Steel Water bottle

If you aren't sure exactly what to get someone but know that they are intentional about wellness-- this is a good "safe" option. Everyone drinks water and will use a water bottle, so you don't need to worry about gifting something they never use!

Non-toxic Candle

  • Primally Pure -These candles all smell soo amazing— I love having one lit on the counter while I am doing dishes and it sets a mood that makes chore a little bit more enjoyable 😉 They are from my favorite non-toxic skincare brand Primally Pure and smell so good. This past year they also got a beautiful rebrand making them the perfect minimalist aesthetic. You can always use code KAELYN10 to get 10% off your Primally Pure orders

EMF blocking blanket

Do you know someone who spends a lot of time on their laptop or cell phone? Or someone who is looking to reduce their EMF exposure? This blanket is 100% organic cotton and independently tested on it's blocking capabilities.

Mug filled with Organic Herbal Teas (or whatever their fave nourishing drink is)

Last year, I got a cute ceramic mug filled with my favorite organic green tea! There are plenty of options for drinks to make it the perfect fit for the gift recipient-- tea, hot chocolate, coffee, whatever they love...

  • Unique Ceramic Mug

  • Organic Tea

  • Organic Coffee Kit

Heatless Hair Curler

I got one of these a few months ago-- and it has been such a game-changer getting out of the house in the morning! It does take a little bit of trial and error to find what method works best for your hair, but I have quite a few friends who have also gotten good results!

Gua Sha Stone

Adding this to my self-care and beauty routine has been one of the most relaxing parts of my day! I also love the facial cupping set from Primally pure to increase blood circulation-- which in turn helps skin tone and texture, and supports healthy aging.

Healthy Cookbooks

Lately, I have been using cookbooks more and more! I love looking at all the pictures and seeing well-curated, nourishing meals. Here are some of my faves:

  • A Healthier Home Cookbook

  • Half-Baked Harvest Super Simple - I have yet to try a HBH recipe that I do not love. I especially love that this book focuses on simple recipes without many steps or too many ingredients.

  • Rooted Kitchen- this is something that is on my own personal wishlist for this year. This cookbook shares seasonal recipes, info on foraging and preserving, and has an emphasis on connection through food. And the pictures truly look stunning.

Food Dehydrator

This is on my wishlist for this year. As my family gets more into gardening and cooking, I wanted a healthy way to store all that food. I also love the idea of being able to make our own jerky, dried fruits, and fruit snacks!

  • This dehydrator is my favorite choice because it is plastic free without any non-stick coating

Vision Board Kit

You know how you used to sit down and cut out words and images from magazines to construct your very own vision board. This is like the adult version of it— curated images that are self-adhesive, an aesthetic vibe, and easy to update

Sunrise Alarm Clock

Several years ago, my husband and I ditched having our phones in our room at night. Whenever I share that, people always ask about alarm clocks! This is an amazing option that mimicks the sun rising- helping to support a natural circadian rhythm and optimize sleep.

Dutch Oven

This cast iron dutch oven is probably the most used item in my entire kitchen. I use it for roasts, soups, sourdough bread.

Red Light Panel + Reading Light

Red light has gotten a lot of attention the last few years— and rightfully so. It can help so many things— feelings sick, sore, energy, mental health, inflammation, pain. When I bought mine a few years back, I did so much research. This brand truly is my favorite one which is science-backed and so much more affordable than other options on the market.

  • the best red light products- the panels are a great option, but if you are looking for something a little more affordable, check out the reading lights! They are the perfect clip-on light for late-night reading. I use this thing every single night— and the best part is it is less than $30!

Non-toxic face mask

Another Primally Pure favorite-- these holistic face masks are perfect for adding into your skincare routine.

Smart Mug

If you have been around the blog for a while, you know i am a drink girl. I always have several different beverages nearby to help keep me hydrated and nourished!

Journal

Some great ways to take a simple journal to the next level and make it a bit more personal of a gift- emboss it with their initials, write a personal message in there for them to read, or pick it out in their favorite color.

  • Five Minute Journal- I received this as a gift nearly 10 years ago.. and I still use the prompts when I journal. It is such a great way to start a journaling and gratitude practice!

Wellness Gifts for Him

Does anyone else feel like their husbands and the men in their life are the hardest to shop for?? While many of the things in the “for her” section are pretty gender-neutral, I wanted to give you some options specifically for your guy. These are some of the things that I have purchased for my husband throughout the years that he has loved:

Organic Beard Balm

My husband has facial hair and I really hate when it gets all scratchy! He purchased this in 2020 and has continued using it ever since— it has a really lite natural scent and he loves how it makes his facial hair feel.

Organ Meat Seasoning

We love this seasoning brand that includes nutrient-dense organ meats. We use it on meats, fish, vegetables— you name it. Such an awesome way to get the nutrients of organ meats in, especially if you don’t love the thought of eating organs.

EMF Blocking Phone Case

Do you know a guy who carries their phone in their pocket? Did you know that this can directly impact their sperm counts and sperm health? There is research showing that may be due to some of the electromagnetic frequency that your phone (and other wireless devices) emit. This phone case helps to mitigate some of those EMF’s:

Garmin SmartWatch

Some of the mens watches look like tactical gear imo 😅 and while that works for some men, I knew my husband would prefer something a bit more sleek that he could wear to work as well as the gym. I loved that this style has all the options to track his workouts and look really sleek and professional

Best Gifts for A Fitness Enthusiast

This list of fitness gifts would all make a great option for anyone you know who loves physical fitness and working out.

Electrolyte mix

If you are working out, electrolytes and minerals are important to replenish your body! They help you to stay hydrated, avoid injury, and prevent muscle cramps. Here are some of my favorite brands:

Jade Yoga Mat

Back in 2017, I spent the summer in India getting my yoga teacher training certification. And while I don't currently practice yoga as much as I once did, I still loove this yoga mat. It is perfect for stretching, home workouts, or chilling out and working on your breathing and mindfulness. It also comes in lots of different colors and styles-- but what I love even more is their give-back program.

For every yoga mat purchased, a tree is planted. For every rug sold, a meal is provided to a child in India. For every towel sold, they provide one day of clean drinking water. Seriously- every single purchase supports a greater cause which makes it a great way to gift give 👏

Acupressure mat

These things are ahhh-mazing. They help reduce stress, relieve headaches, increase blood flow to sore muscles, and help your body recover from an intense workout. While the first couple of times I used one, it was a bit uncomfy, now i find it to be soo comfortable and relaxing.

Homemade Wellness Gifts

Maybe the greatest gift ideas of all--ones that you can make for someone you care about. Great gift ideas do not need to cost a lot of money-- oftentimes you can make a gift yourself that someone would love. These are some of my favorite DIY ideas!

Homemade vanilla extract

Heads up on this one-- you need to start a few months ahead of when you plan to gift it. I made some last year, thinking it would only take a couple weeks 😅

Homemade bath bombs or bath salts

This was another DIY i tried a few years ago. I loved experimenting with different essential oils-- word of warning though! The recipe I linked called for coconut oil-- and while it makes your skin too soft and silky, it also makes your bathtub very slippery! So use caution when you step into the bath again latter.

Jar recipe

Every year, my grandma gives us some of these jars that her church puts together. Sometimes they have soup mix or brownie mix, other times they are all the dry ingredients for cookies. They are so much fun and I love having them in the pantry!

Nourishing DIY Cookbook

This is something I want to put together for myself this year! As much as I love pinterest, sometimes it is a hassle trying to find recipes I once saved. Instead, you can print them all out (or use these cute recipe cards to write them out) and add them into a book. Such a great piece that you can continue to add to in your family.
