FREE 4 Weeks Of Wellness Challenge

Are you ready to get back to the basics of wellness?

This four week challenge will kickstart your wellness journey and return you to the basics- setting a firm foundational that will help your holistic health for years to come!

Do you ever feel like you need a wellness reset? Or that you have become overwhelmed with all the intricacies of health and wellness that you need to get back to the fundamentals?

Or maybe you are just starting out and not entirely sure where to start?

That is exactly why I started this challenge- to cut out the noise and get back to the foundational pieces of health and wellness.

I think the online wellness space is an amazing resource, but sometimes we get bogged down with so much information that it is hard to narrow down on what is actually beneficial and making an impact for your own personal wellness journey.

What is 4 Weeks of Wellness?

This free challenge will run for 4 weeks. Each Sunday evening you will receive an email talking you through the intentions for the week ahead, and the science behind why that will support your wellness.

I will also be sharing some of my favorite free resources to help support you in making these goals sustainable.

My goal of hosting this challenge is to support women in creating sustainable habits that help to promote lifelong, holistic wellness. Because what is the point of investing time, energy, and resources into improving your health and wellness is it’s not sustainable? We want to make changes that are going to help us today, tomorrow, and years from now.

What does is cost?

This 4 week challenge has NO financial cost. The only thing you will need to spend is your time and intention to actually make it worthwhile.

I have also intentionally created weekly goals that are free. You will not need some expensive, fancy gym membership, or pricey equipment, or supplement. I truly believe that wellness is not something achieved through buying the latest and greatest, but rather being more intentional with what you already have.

What types of goals will be included?

While each one of us in unique in what we need to support our body (if you are interested in what that means, I have a whole blog post on bio-individuality and how to best find what works for you) there are fundamental things that support our mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well being.

Each week, there will be a goal that falls within one of those categories so that we can foster holistic wellness.

Here are a few examples:

  • getting outside for at least 15 minutes each day

  • completing 5 minutes of meditation

  • getting 8 hours of sleep a night

  • practicing breath work

  • getting morning sunlight

You may also notice that the goals are written in such a way that they are focused on things to add in to your routine, rather than focusing on restriction or avoiding. I did this so that we can focus on living in abundance, and doing more things that support our bodies holistically rather than on what we “can’t” or “shouldn’t” do.

When I was in my integrative health coaching course, I learned about a concept called “crowding out”. Basically, when you focus on adding in healthy foods and habits into your life, you automatically “crowd out” the less healthy options and habits without focusing on restriction. When you constantly feel like you are restricting everything you do, that is what ends up resulting in binge eating, working out to “offset” what you ate, or other unhealthy and unsustainable habits.
