With thousands of different diets, trends and “quick fixes”, I think we have confused what wellness means.
My goal is to bring us back to the basics-
nourishment through REAL foods, moving our bodies, and getting in touch with nature.

Hi, i’m Kaelyn!
Wife to my college sweetheart, mom to a spunky little toddler, and a passionate advocate for holistic and sustainable wellness. I love being outdoors, have a serious case of the travel bug, am always down for a beautifully assembled charcuterie board, and will never turn down a game night!
After 10 years of working in health care, I found myself a bit burnt out. I wanted to work more with supporting wellness than I was working with disease.
I had witnessed my own health improve when I took a more natural, holistic approach and focused on truly nourishing my body and I knew I wanted to help other women experience that same type of empowerment.
So I signed up for a holistic health coaching course, youtubed how to start a blog.. and here we are!
My hope and prayer for this space is to be able to connect with likeminded people, provide inspiration, and work together one on one to help you achieve your health goals.
