Healthy groceries, water filtration systems, supplements, high-quality foods, fancy red light machines, gym memberships, workout clothes to go with the gym memberships.. the list could go on with all the things people promote for wellness.
If you open instagram or scroll through TikTok, a healthy life can sometimes feel financially unattainable.
