And as always, we are focused on science-backed, tried-and-true wellness information- no fad diets or popular trends lacking efficacy.

  • Printable Resources: these templates, trackers, recipe books, meal plans, and education resources are yours forever! Print them out, make copies, and use them to maintain consistency on your health goals!

  • Actionable Homework: At the end of each lesson, you’ll receive simple yet powerful steps to integrate what you’ve learned into your daily routine. Information is great, but the implementation is really where you start to make lasting life changes 👏

  • Personalized Support: You’ll receive weekly email check-ins where you can ask questions and share your progress. I’ll be there to guide you and keep you on track!

  • Unlimited Email Access: Got questions? Need additional accountability? Want to brainstorm ways to implement your goals? I got you. I will be available to respond within 2 hours from 8-12 MST.

Hi, I’m Kaelyn

Spending 12 weeks with someone you don’t know seems a little bit daunting— so let me offer an introduction…

12 years ago I entered health care as a nursing assistant. I went on to become a board-certified registered nurse in emergency medicine, working with the sickest of the sick. But during that time, I was pretty sick myself.

I was stressed out, dealing with deep cystic acne, not having a regular menstrual cycle, and was told by multiple doctors that I probably would have a hard time conceiving. I was emotionally spent and burnt out from my time working in such a high-stress setting.

In God’s goodness, He showed me a different path of holistic wellness— Nourishing your body, mind, and spirit holistically.

I stepped away from emergency medicine and became a certified holistic health coach, where I learned the strategy and science behind lasting health and life change.

Through this process, I healed my hormones, began recovering from my workouts, cleared my skin, built emotional resiliency, and went on to get pregnant naturally and have two healthy children.

With thousands of hours of research and over a decade of experience, I started Wellness With Kaelyn- a wellness resource aimed at empowering women on their own journeys of holistic wellness.

The Curriculum

  • I know you have probably heard about goal setting before-- but this week will really set the tone for all that you will achieve in the next 90 days!

    We will go over science-backed goal setting strategy, and focus on creating a plan of action to make it happen.

  • In week two, we will deep dive into nutrition, clean eating, and optimizing nourishment.

    I will share my personal shopping list, meal plan, and strategies to nourishing my family (without spending hours in the kitchen)!

  • Did you know your body naturally has mechanisms to keep harmful chemicals at bay?

    In this week we will go over hydration (because it is more complex than just guzzling gallons of water), and how to optimize your body's natural detoxification systems.

  • We can't make lasting health progress if we are always battling stress and never allowing our body true rest.

    In week four we will go over science-backed techniques for reducing stress and practicing mindfulness and gratitude.

  • Physical movement is so important for our overall health.

    In this week, we will talk about how to create a sustainable rhythym of supportive movement in your day to day life. I will also be sharing my favorite resources for affordable fitness in your very own home!

  • Sleep is healing and a critical component of wellness.

    In week 6 we will go over how to optimize your sleep health, create a supportive bedtime routine, and wake up feeling energized.

  • Did you know your gut effects your mental health? And your skin? And just about every other system in your body.

    This week we will go over everything digestion related for pre and post biotics, optimizing digestion, and the easiest free thing you can do to improve your digestion today.

  • Hormones run our body and we see their effects in our mood, energy, and metabolism.

    In week 8 we will learn how to support our key hormones (like cortisol, insulin, and thyroid hormones), through nutrition and lifestyle.

  • In week 9 we will dive into our environmental health and how to choose products that support wellness.

    This week will include a room by room breakdown of common toxins, healthy alternatives, and a nuanced approach to "non-tox living".

  • In week 10 we will learn how to recognize and address emotional needs, the importance of self-care rituals, and building emotional boundaries.

    We will also go over how to build a personalized self-care routine and regularly practice emotional health check-ins.

  • I think we sometimes forget that our community (or lack thereof) play a role in our health.

    In week 11 we will learn the health benefits of social connection, building a support system, and setting healthy relationship boundaries.

  • Our final week will be a fun recap of all that we have learned! We will also learn strategies to take that knowledge and success into the new year!

The logistics

Every Monday morning I will pop into your inbox with the lesson for the week. This will include slides, occasional videos, printables, and recommended resources for digging deeper.

This Monday morning message will also include an intention for the week- a tangible way to implement the lesson and improve that area of wellness in your own life.

On Friday morning, I will send a check-in email. This email is a source of accountability to stay consistent throughout the week. I will offer the encouragement (and tough love as needed) to help you achieve what you want to achieve!

Beyond those two emails, I am available to you at from 8am - 12 MST throughout the week (I just ask you give me a 2-hour response time) ☺️

This is a great opportunity to ask follow-up questions, give me feedback on the lesson, or let me in on your wellness goals so I can help support you! It’s working with a health coach completely on your own schedule 👏

Who is the right kind of person for this challenge?

  • You are ready to get rid of old habits that no longer serve your health and replace them with ones that will foster holistic wellness

  • You are dedicated to going over the weekly lesson and interacting with me via email (I can only help you overcome your pain points when you let me know what they are!)

  • You are tired of dealing with the same symptoms month after month without progress and want to start the new year thriving!

Who is the wrong person for this challenge?

  • If you give up easily, you will not make it through the whole 12 weeks. We will be getting out of our comfort zone and making changes in our life. If you tend to give up quickly, truth is, you probably will not get that much out of it. With that said, if you sign up, you are sending me an invitation to your inbox and to hold you accountable to what you signed up for! 😉

  • If you are looking for someone to respond to your specific lab work, health concerns, or give feedback on a dianosis- this is not the right fit for you. While this course will give helpful health information, I do not provide any feedback on your personal medical conditions, give medical advice, or diagnose symptoms. All of that is out of my scope as a nurse and health coach. Instead my role is:

    • educate on holistic health topics

    • offer consistent accountability and feedback (a pillar in goal achievement)

    • bring together a community of like-minded women seeking holistic wellness through sustainable practices

What is the weekly time commitment?

I know we are all busy juggling life and new things. That is why I have intentionally designed each lesson to be short, succinct, and to the point. You can plan on spending 30-45 minutes going over the information each week.

With every lesson I will be giving you so many options for ways to implement the health information— even easy 5 minute wellness hacks that are easy to fit into your day!

You will also get prompts for “digging deeper” on a subject.. podcasts, books, and resources to go further into the weekly topic, should you desire!

What if I need more help?

Once a month, I will open my calendar for an optional 15-20 minute health coaching call. If you want to talk, sign up! If you are content with just going back and forth in email, that works great too! I am truly here to serve you on your wellness journey.
